About Department of Management Studies

The Department of Management Studies at MAM Women's Engineering College was established in 2012 with a mission to create future business leaders and entrepreneurs. The department offers a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with dual specializations in Human Resources (HR) and Finance (Fin).

Our faculty team comprises experienced and dedicated professionals who bring industry knowledge, academic excellence, and research-driven insights into the classroom. They are committed to nurturing students' managerial and leadership skills through an innovative and interactive teaching approach.

To bridge the gap between academia and the corporate world, the department organizes regular Industry Visits to leading companies across sectors. These visits expose students to real-world business practices, operational challenges, work environments, and corporate culture, thereby enhancing their practical understanding and industry readiness.

In addition, the department actively conducts workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and entrepreneurship development programs featuring eminent industry experts and academicians. These initiatives aim to develop entrepreneurial skills among students, inspire innovation, and encourage self-employment and startup ventures.

The curriculum is designed not only to impart strong theoretical foundations but also to provide deep exposure to the business environment, organizational behavior, financial markets, and HR practices.
