Examination Cell

In today's academic environment, examinations play a crucial role in assessing student learning and development. To ensure the smooth and effective conduct of examinations, the Examination Cell at MAM Women's Engineering College (MAMW) was established. The Exam Cell is responsible for coordinating with JNTUK University and managing all examination-related activities as per university regulations.

Primary Functions of the Exam Cell

✔️ Circulating all exam-related notifications, office orders, and university communications to concerned staff and departments after approval from the Principal.
✔️ Managing the web portal entries for attendance and marks, preparation of timetables, invigilation duty charts, and seat allotments.
✔️ Distributing examination results and university mark sheets to departments and students.
✔️ Analyzing examination results and preparing reports for authorities.
✔️ Organizing all inputs required for convocation preparation and verification of graduate details.
✔️ Supporting the conduction of external exams (State/Central Government) as per instructions from the Chief Superintendent.
✔️ Coordinating appointment of observers and valuators and providing necessary infrastructure for smooth exam operations.
